Pro-life Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
We must first look at ourselves as a nation and ask if we are educating our youth in a way that detures them from being sexually active. We then must address the real question as to why an abortion is being requested. In a situation of life or death I could possibly see a need not just for convenience.

If we remove the government's over-reaching regulating arms from withing the private sector and let business sectors regulate one another we could renegotiate and restructure these benefits to keep our promise to those who have been paying into the system for so many years. See my plan exerpt at http://bit.ly/pdq1Ug.
This is also in conjunction with my economic plan. With more people working we would be able to maintain the functionality of a smaller government while still providing necessary services to the public without the bruden of heavier taxes. We also should not require taxes for gains that have already been taxed. (Inheritance Tax)
Yes Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
Yes Do you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
Yes Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support providing tax incentives to businesses for the purpose of job creation?
Yes Do you support spending on infrastructure projects for the purpose of job creation?
No Do you support the 2010 temporary extension of unemployment benefits?
Yes Do you support the 2010 temporary extension of tax relief?
I support perminant tax relief. I also believe we need to get people back to work not keep the unimployeed. It is not that I do not support a temporary extension, however people need to get motivated to make a change in our government and force them to do what is right. If people truly cannot find work there should be assistance, but this must be done on a case by case basis not blanket free monies for anyone not working.
No Do you support requiring states to implement education reforms in order to be eligible for competitive federal grants?
The Department of Education shoule be overhauled or abolished. The federal government should not have authority to dictate what our children are taught or impeed state's authority over them.
Yes Do you believe that human activity is contributing to climate change?
Yes Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
No Do you support reducing restrictions on offshore energy production?
Though I am not fully certain about humans contributing to climate change I would rather err on the side of caution. I believe we need to begin extracting resources on our land before allowing our waters to be tapped into. We also need to keep oil leases from being held just to drive up costs.
No Do you support United States' combat operations in Afghanistan?
No Do you support a timetable for withdrawal from Afghanistan?
Yes Do you support targeting suspected terrorists outside of official theaters of conflict?
No Do you support restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns?
We need only enforce the laws we already have and not pile more onto it. Our citizens have a right to defend themselves.
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act?
No Should individuals be required to purchase health insurance, as mandated in the 2010 Affordable Care Act?
We must restructure this system, see my proposal http://bit.ly/pdq1Ug
Yes Do you support requiring illegal immigrants to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
No Do you support allowing illegal immigrants, who were brought to the United States as minors, to pursue citizenship without returning to their country of origin?
Yes Do you support the enforcement of federal immigration law by state and local police?
Promoting illegal immigration is not the way to stop illegal immigration.
No Do you support same-sex marriage?
I believe that marriage should not be in the hands of the government but the Church. Thus the Bible defines marriage as a union between a man and a woman.
Yes Do you support allowing individuals to divert a portion of their Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts?
Prenegotiation with corporations to brings jobs back into the US under a tax haven here in the US. (no extra funding required) Reducing the size of government and its reach into the private business sectors, our Churches, families, and our everyday lives. (no extra funding necessary) Repealing 501c3 and allowing the Church's voice to be unbridled. They are also protected under the 1st amendment.
